Citibank Credit cards are a real pain. If you move make sure that you call them to give them your new address. Don't forget to make them repeat it back to you. I had one of their cards. When I moved my balance was $26.00. I wasn't receiving any statements from them so I called numerous times. I had paid the remaining $26.00 balance on time. When I finally received a statement from them I had a balance of $658.00. When I sent in my change of address form I made a copy of it so I know that I write down the new address right. I sent them a copy of it and disputed the charges and they still have not released it. I would be very careful with this company.
