Taziblue makes as ever a delicious point about countersuit. Some fine upbuilding counsel applicable to all in such straits from G. Gordon Liddy: "I don't worry about my enemies. I prefer to let them worry about me." As Taziblue so adroitly reminds, make sure the other side loses lots of sleep. Keeps them from being at their best when in front of the judge.
