Just a question. If you have a medical collection on your CR and you dispute the entry, does the collection agency by verifying the dispute technically viloate the new HIPAA laws? I ask this because the new laws prevent the transmisson of ANY medically related subject to be revealed through a third party (i.e. a CRA) Just a thought and would most expert opinion.
