In case I get default judgment...
Can they come and take my car without notification?
It is worth $4,000 (CarMax Appraissal, Florida) How does it work? Do I need to file my assets exemption after the deafult? In my state the car exemption is $1000, but I can exempt personal property for another $1000.
Since I don't have anything valuable...
Can I apply this other $1000 to my car so I have an equity of 2000 only? Or... Can I keep the car and pay the equity? I am really desoriented.
Your help will be very appreciated, I have only 4 days left, I am scared to death.
