This collector moron is violating the automatic stay of your bankruptcy - a serious violation of the BK law. Write this moron a letter. You tell them that you have filed for bankruptcy, give the date and your case number and the court information. You then say that if they do not IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST ALL collection efforts, they will leave you no choice but to file a complaint with the bankruptcy court and that you WILL seek damages (yes, you can be awarded damages) and attorney's fees for their willful violations of the automatic stay. If they don't stop - file the complaint with the BK court, the CA needs to be slapped down.
