Orchard Bank Application Question?

I applied for an Orchard Bank Card on-line about three weeks ago. It said that I was approved and a few days later they withdrew the app fee from my checking. Here's my question for anyone that has been through this process with Orchard....how long does it take to receive the card? Their website claims 10 business days. It's now 15 business days. I don't really need the card but was just wondering how long I should wait before I call them. Also any input on experiences you have had with them so that I know what to watch out for would be great. I don't want to mess up my credit again because of something THEY do. Thanks for any answers.
