Don't just call the police, go to the police station with the forged app and file an ID fraud report. THen, call Citi and get an address for the fraud dept. Send a letter CRRR that you are a victum of ID fraud and here is a copy of the police report and the forged document and you stand ready to cooperate with their investigation.
Do the same with this law firm. Do all of this by mail and sent the stuff CRRR and keep all of these letters and police reports, etc. for the rest of your life.
You also need to pull copies of your credit reports and see if anything else has been done to you. Place a fraud alert on your reports.
