Paid ChargeOff - CA got Judgement!!

Long story short.....I owed $$ - was sued - I paid - my account shows Paid Charge Off - got a letter stating account was paid. Just checked my reports - TU and EX are showing a Judgement was entered. Now what do I do? I am in the process of filing a Ch 7, should I give this to my lawyer and let him deal with it? How can a CA get a judgement AFTER I already paid? Who can I sue?
