Hiding in your neighbor's garage?? Have you called the police? This may have NOTHING to do with the credit id theft.

IF he identifies himelf as a proccess server to the police,THEN accept the proccess. It may be that if you get the papers, you may help clear up this mystery.

If you ARE served with court papers, you simply file an answer showing all your copies of your id theft report etc. to show it is NOT your debt.
