hi, I have been using credit info center alot and I have gotten a little bit of help on this matter but not much, what I have gotten has given me good questions to ask an attorney here is my situation... I have two non-federally back private student loans from Wells Fargo Bank, filed bk7 last year discharged non liabilites no assests, and we were told by our attorneyt that the debts were nondischargeable, however, I have heard and read some information that has made come to believe that since this loan is not federally backed, it is not subject to the federal laws for student loans, and the statues of limitations for a normal promissory note account applies, and can be treated like any other debt currently in default. The way I am looking at this is it was a personal loan made for student expenses, so if that is the case would i not have reason to believe that I could get my bk7 amended to include these two accounts and get wells fargo out of my life what is even more interesting.....WFB is listing the account types as installment on my CR and as an auto installment loan on my hubby's report, and the account numbers are the same, so I am in NC, any help would be greatly appreciated jewel
