This Wednesday 13th I will be standing in front of the judge here in Florida, and up to now the only thing on my favor is that I was not properly served.

The certified Return of Service says:

"I,(name), do hereby affirm that on this(date), at (time), I:
Substitute Served by leaving a true copy of this Alias 20 Summons and Complain with the date and hour of service endorsed theron by me, at the within named person's usual place of abode, to a person residing therin who is 15 years of age or older to wit: Peter Whatever, as a member of Houshold and informing said person of the contents thereof."

The person served used to be my landlord a year ago, we are not related in any form.

After this service they proceed to file a hearing for a Summary judgment.

How do you think I should address that I was never served, because I am so nervous that I don't now what to say.
