The hearing is at 8:30am and I am afraid not to find a clerk so early.
Now as I told you before I dont remember receiving the repo and deficiency notice, since I was going throug really hard times, but it is not filed in the court.
What if the lawyer shows up with a receipt of a notified receipt signed by me about the reposession procedure?
Can I avoid the default by stating that I was not properly served.
Do you think I won't be able to talk to the judge in this motion?
The notice on the file has a Judge name on it. Is it a regular procedure to go on mediation instead of having the oportunity to explain your side?
Thank you for your time and help, it is really bad that I didn't find this forum before.
I would have divorced separating our mutual debts and I did not due to my lack of knowledge.
