That is not an easy question to answer. Recomendations would be the best. If that is not possible, use the yellow pages and pick someone that practices debt law. Try to stay away from firms that just specialize in Bankruptcy. You need to call several, tell them what you need to do and listen to their responses. Ask about initial consulation fees, etc. Then pick the one you like the best go see them.
