Yes, you can still demand validation, send it to the lawyer. You can request a continuance one time, regardless, just call the court clerk about a week before 9/11 and ask for one. If you take the $400 arrangement, it will like come with a stipulation that if you miss a payment, a default judgment will be entered against you automatically. They'll get you one way or the other !
