send the creditors another copy of the bankruptcy information along with a cease and desist letter . SEND ALL LETTERS CERTIFIED OR THEY " DIDN'T GET IT " ....If you send anything to a collection agency make sure you can track it .. be smart protect yourself...always pay by check and after you are done settling or pay off the balance request a letter saying just that be sent or faxed to you / do it and save it ...Dont ever get rid of it or the debt will come back 4 you /
