Have you sent a copy of that sif letter to the client ? After the client has recieved info about payment in full or a settlement they only have 30 days to update your credit report .. Also on another note , do me a favor and keep the settlement letter... I used to work fmc accnts and they do not go away.. I was collecting on accounts from 1989 and you know what ? they all said they sifed their accounts...Please watch your financial back /
