Ohio SOL - Has this been resolved?

I was wondering about the Ohio SOL on credit card debt. It seems to me a while back there was some debate between lawguy and whychat as to whether it was 4 years or 15. It was an interesting discussion but I couldnt figure out who was correct. Is there an update/clarification on this. Im in ohio and have cards originally opened in CA. My last timely payment to creditors was I think back in 95 or before. Since them i have been making "payments" of one type or another - have been 30, 60 and 90 days late, have been paying on payment plans etc but Id just like to see these things dissapear once and for all. The accounts appear to still be with my same creditors and to have not charged off but they have all been "closed" for at least 7 or 8 years. Thanks
