The SOL is never going to be 15 on a credit card, that is for WRITTEN CONTRACTS only. The retail installment Sales Act specifies a 4 year SOL on purchases, whereas the statutes say 'contracts not in writing (credit cards) have an SOL of 6 years. At worst, you're looking at 6 years, NOT 15.
