This is not a legit LAW FIRM! They are a 3rd party collection agency using a CLASSIC SCARE TACTIC...the law. It's bull shit! U may also get one from another one MANN BRACKEN LLC a few months or years later. MBNA has already written off your debt as a tax write off...the 3rd party agency purchase this debt off of them. Bascially u're credit is already with MBNA considered CHARGED OFF! That's a bad score...but within 7 years it'll be off of your record.
