Immediately send this company via fax a cease and desist letter! Threats are BULLSHIT! He cannot haul you to court. He cannot call u 7x a day. A cease and desist letter will end all phone calls. I believe that YOU SHOULD NOT pay a single cent. There are LAWs to how long this debt is good for...and it's wayyyyyyyyyyyy past that time. This is a 3rd party collection agency going after an OLD DEBT that u are not legally viable for. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM...
