Citibank Quicken Visa and Download Problems

In June Citibank told their Quicken Visa customers that they would have an update coming. For several days you would not be able to download transactions to Quicken. They explicitly said that no transactions would be lost -- that on June 24 you could download all the downloads for the period.

However, this has not occurred. In fact, many transactions from just before the upgrade period, nearly all for the upgrade period, and many for weeks after that have not appeared.I have over 80 transactions that are over three weeks old that have not donloaded.

For seven weeks the only response of Citibank has been to state that they are aware of the problem and working on it.

I have even written their legal department and gotten no reply. I have reported this to the Federal Banking Commission.

Has anyone else had this problem? I suspect that thoughsands of Quicken users are missing transactions from between (approximately) June 5 and August 1, with the bulk around the June 15-27 period.
