good. u can legally tape them without their knowledge of permission. get them on tape stating they will pull a hard just to ruin your score and you will laugh all the way to the bank. Try and get his name on tape also so you can sue not only whitewing but the collector as well. when they call to settle take $1000 from whitewing but do not settle with the collector. Make him either come up to your state or get a default and then start collecting on him. you can dismiss one party but leave the other.
