Are you asking for the sol for the state to collect on the ticket or for the sol to have the case heard in court. Speedy trial rules govern the latter, so unless the defendant asked for a continuance, the ticket could be dismissed for failure to prosecute within ______ days. Either way, the answer is probably going to be state specific. As to the others, Buffy has retired, so the hellmouth must have cracked open a little. Not to worry, many excellent slayers here.
