The SOL on situations such as you describe are not found in the "credit" areas of State statutes, but under the area for criminal penalties.

In general, however, there is NO SOL as far as I know for collection on a judgment from a motor vehicle accident damages.

Nor can they, as far as I know, be discharged in BK.
