I received a call from Denise Greene at CAMCO stating I owe a debt that last had activity on it in 1990. CAMCO claims the following: Age of debt: 1990
Type of debt: Visa Card/checking account (maybe)
State: California
Amount: $2974.03
Owed to: Bank of America
Formerly Held by: Fourscore Resource Capital I received a letter dated on July 16, 2003 from Denise Greene 877-298-0845 Ext 1226. She has phoned me several times. She did catch me on July 28, 2003. She was very rude and managed to upset me. She told me that there was no proof she could send me about this claim. I told her that I wasn't about to pay this claim without any proof. I don't owe this that is why there is no proof. I told her that I would write a letter to her disputing this claim. She said it was too late to do that. She verbally told me that I owed half of what the letter stated my claim to be. What should I do next? Isabel
