I guess you had all better sharpen-up your pencils and try again. I recommend simply paying the bad checks you wrote instead of wasting time with frivilous complaints. All of your crying and "expert" legal advice will not shut JBC. What it will do is shut your credit privileges. The people on this site who assist bad checkwriters with their crimes should be charged as aidors and abbetors. This site merely repeats lies like "there are 199 complaints against JBC." This is nonsense as everybody knows that experienced deadbeats believe filing a complaint against the agency will stall collection efforts. There are no valid complaints against JBC. There is no investigation of JBC. Interpol, the FBI, the FTC, the CIA and the State of NJ are not looking into anything about JBC. JBC operates openly and legally. A bad check is not a bad debt. That means no FDCPA on checks. It also means we can add bad check fees. Period! My boss knows the law and is operating legally in spite of all of the b.s. being spread on site like this. He is a real lawyer not like Scott, the lawyer-wanna-bee on this site. I am going to be a unit manager soon and will come down extra hard on any bad check writers I catch spreading lies about where I work. This site and its regulars serve no purpose other than to amuse collectors on slow summer days. I love my job. I enjoy every minute I am on the phone with you lowlifes. I plan on enjoying it for many years to come. And guess what? No one here can do a damn thing about it!
