Why Chat, I'm back
met with my attorney, and a second attroney, I have tried to convince them of the 4 yr sol, on open end (credit card debt). I showed them the information you provide on your site, and the code sections. I showed them E-debt.com info, and still I cannot even convince
them much less be able to get them to convince a judge.
They want me to show them case law from Ohio to back it up. I do not understand their reluctance to accept the information. I have 3 cc on the other side of the 4 year period but not near 6 years. Any help would be appreciated.
