I am sorry for your problems with the lawyers. As I have posted on my website, you WILL NOT find "caselaw" because it is NOT a matter of dispute in the Court, although it is obviously a matter of ignorance for the lawyers.

Go pro-se if you need to, or keep calling lawyers until you find one smart enough to understand simple contract law.
