First of all calm down and listen to your attorney. I am in the opposite position with a wife disabled; however we decided to file joint BK7 recently. Remember that you are filing and that you have no income and you have proof that all the $$ in the account are from your husband. There was no questions as to how much money we had in the bank or on hand at the 341 meeting. Our 341 meeting lasted about 3 minutes. Your attorney will be at the 341 meeting to handle any difficult situations.
