In researching today I found out the City Bank aquired all of Home deposits revolving credit card accounts, and at this point the old bank that was handling Home depot has not clear the balances from last month. To have the balance cleared contact the home depot or the subsideriary credit depepartment to obtain the phone number of the old bank.
