The question of being "judgment proof" is not the issue, the issue is, how you are to avoid problems relating to your inability to pay your debts.

I STRONGLY urge you to get another opinion from a BK lawyer who understands the issues a little more clearly. You certainly do not wish to default on your debts and have yourself and your family hounded by bill collectors for the next seversl years.

In addition, although you may be "judgment proof" now, there is no way of telling what fate has in store for you in the future.
