I called the Nebraska Legal Services and in thier speal they said if I was Judgement Proof they could not file for me.
If I stop paying my bills I'll still just be able to "make it" so how can I afford a lawyer?
The next several years may be all my future holds.
I don't relish spending it being hounded. But then I don't care to spend the time wondering if I'm going to be evicted or if I can buy groceries.

Yes, I knew better than to reply to the Troll.
An open nerve was hit. I hate all this.
