I agree,It is time to put them on the receiving end of some harassment.My problem doesn't just lie with them. Why do credit reporting agencies let scum like this have access to your credit file ?Especially after SOL ? Do they not know who is accessing your file and for what reason ?I also live in a state where only one party has to consent to being taped and I have evidence of them threatening,laughing about placing inquiries on my credit report just to lower my score.I kept acting dumb just to see how big a hole they would dig for themselves.You know it their right and duty as vultures to try and get you to pay off SOL debts that time (and you) have forgotten.They are going to call and threaten,gloat about how they have you dead to rights and persue you until you simply go crazy.You might as well get something(besides a laugh) out of these phone encounters by taping and SUEING.I think the credit reporting agencies who supposedly have the job of keeping your credit file out of the hands of idiots should get some of the heat as well.In the eyes of the law,you can rob the bank or drive the getaway car but both parties involved will get the same treatment.
