if you can call it that....after dealing with probably 9 or 10 CA's......I came to a conclusion most already know...CA's are scumbags...I was lied to, threatened, irritated, harassed subjected to a barrage of personal questions...which I did not answer......maybe I am wrong...but why should I pay a CA for a debt they paid only a few cents on the dollar for and want full price payment from me?....well....at first I thought....sure I'll pay them...and was going to do so....but the CA's own arrogance and anal retentiveness put a cure to that...so for 3 years I waited for the SOL to expire...the letters came, the calls came, the threats came......my highest debt was $3100..on one card....nobody sued...nobody did anything but huff and puff.....of course some do sue....but most are just hot air....my point is....don't let these scumbags get you down....worst case is...they sue....and if you don't have money or property...theres not much they can do...there is no debtors prison.(except Gov taxes, child support).....the amount of knowledge on this board is awesome....these people gave me much help....I hope I can do the same for someone else...best of luck and pray for the SOL to run out
