I am dealing with an original debt to Providian
now owned by Arrow Financial. I have been
dealing Charles Soffar's office for several
months and have made an arrangement to
have them debit my bank account each month.
When I recently asked them for a written
accounting, the person I have been dealing
with said that they weren't a billing service and
refused to send me a copy. I feel that this
organization is inept. I want to know more
about the law office and exactly how I am
accountable. Anyone have any answers?
