I have a similar situation as you CJ - I filed a Chapter 11 in 1996 including MW. To this day I am still receiving a statement and it is reported to the credit bureau which is causing me a lot of problems. According to the credit bureau I am CURRENT yet I haven't paid since the bankruptcy - now with added interest, my payment went from $40/month to over $120/month. What can we do? I know that there were several class actions suits against MW for unethical practices dealing with bankruptcy discharges, but it still shows up on my credit report that I pay out $120/month making my income to debt ratio high.

Any help would be appreciated.
