I'm in Texas and I started receiving calls from A&A. In one of the phone calls they talked to me in a very rude manner and told me they would get my montly paycheck from my employer. I am a graduate student and get paid 1200/month. I have to pay tuition, books, room, etc... I have no support from anyone. I send a validation letter and another letter to stop them from calling me. It worked, they did not call my parents house again. But yesterday, they send me an envelope that contained the following letter:

It says the following:
For a claim against respondent(s), claimant states:
1-by way of contract and use of the credit account at issue, respondent became bound by the terms of a credit agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
2-Respondent is in default under the terms of the agreement and is not indebted to claimant in the amount of $6,000, as reflected in the attached account summary, plus interest of $108.32 as of the date of filing, and at 6% thereafter.
3-despite repeated demands for payment, respondent has not paid the amount due.
4-claimant requests an award for the amounts reflected in paragraph two, plus all arbitration fees incurred, process of service fees, and attorney fees of $941.39, if allowed by law, equaling 15% of the outstanding balance.
5-The attachaed agreement contains a Delaware choice of law provision and a provision for "reasonable" attorney fees. Delaware law specifically provides that an attorney fee may be awarded in an amount up to 20% on an unpaid claim if allowed by law. See, 10 Del. Code. Sec. 3912 (Pleading Practice).
6-The attached agreement contains an mandatory arbitration provision under the Rules of the National Arbitration Forum (NAF).

The undersigned counsel for Claimant asserts, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this claim and the supporting documents attached hereto are acurate based upon information provided by the Claimant to the undersigned counsel.

WOLPOFF AND ABRAMSON, L.L.P.
SIGNATURE.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
thanks
