trying to get First USA CC removed

I have disputed a First USA CC as not mine thru Equifax (although it shows on all 3). First USA sent me a letter that I had to sign saying that I had or had not applied for the card. I signed the letter that said "had not" and returned it. This was in April of this year. I called on 13 June to First USA to check on the status and they said they had no record of the account. The person said they would send a letter of that fact to all 3 credit agencies. I have yet to see anything on my credit reports other than "dispute resolution pending". I know they have 90 days to send info from one company to another.
Originally Experian said they verified the account as mine. That's when I called First USA.
Should I dispute it all over again (and probably have to sign another letter etc.) Or just try to wait out the 90 days (13 Sept).
