SCAMCO & whychat's letter

1. Where do I find Whychat's letter? I would like to review this letter. 2. Frined/client of mine got letter from SCAMCO regarding a debt that they didn't even know the origin of. It was purchased form Fourscore Credit management. 3. Debt supposedly is fomr 1994 & they stated that they have a judgment signed by a secretary of state. I don't know of any judgments that are signed by the secretary of unless it is one that is being domesticated, but even then, I think that would be signed by a local judge. 4. Anyone in Texas who has received these letters, please email me at the above email address. I would like to talk to you about them.
