yeah, i had a CA called Claims Recovery Systems (or Services) calling me and sending me letters regarding a charged off Chase visa. it was charged off in 1999 and through the years, late and over-limit fees built up and the total debt was $5000. it has been a long time since I heard from this company, and they kept telling me they were going to sue but nothing happened. I am in Pennsylvania, the 4 year SOL has expired, plus PA is not a wage garnishment state...and i have no assets and i have a low-income job..so if they did sue, i don't know what they could get from me.
