I need to find the repo law for Montana I can't remember the link to whychats website, my husband was buying a big rig from this guy and after paying in full for it, has found out that the guy had used the truck as collateral on a personal loan. The bank just called my husband and said That as of today the truck is in repossesion and he is now in violation? The truck is registered in my husbands name, he has a signed contract, and a signed bill of sale. Help
