Did you receive notice of sale?
Did you receive a full accounting of sale and notice of deficiency?

If not, there is NOTHING owed.

If they sent you the full required notice, they had 4 years from the date of resale to collect legally.

IF you pay them a ¢, it is more than you legally owe them.

Dispute it on your credit report as "not mine" if they verify, send them a letter stating they are in violation of UCC § 9.
