I have been dealing with JBC since 2001. I wrote 2 checks. both went to JBC and for somereason got put on different account numbers. anyway when they called to collect, i man called for one acct. then an hour later i man called for the other acct. when i spoke with the second man he said the amount would cover both checks he would take care of that. it didnt much to my suprise. they called three more times all stating one amount. i paid it now they are telling me service charges were kicked in before me paying it off. i have been lied to so many times. they want to sue and take my dl and whatever. i have reciepts and if they sue me what defense to i have about service charges? it is thier word against mine.
