Okay. The ONLY notice I ever received was a paragraph signed by the credit union manager saying your car was repo'd today and you have 10 days to get it back. Other than that, that was it. Now, since I have had a conversation with that same credit union manager as recent as this past week is that going to be a problem to go ahead an dispute it? I did tell him to send me a copy of my original contract and he did, but it's just the truth in lending disclosure and loan terms. I will dispute as not mine and see what happens.
