tuition debt question

I have a debt that was turned over to a CA called Security Credit Systems, Inc. based in Buffalo NY. The amount was for $450 and I live in Ohio. The amount was for a quarter of college I took last fall and thought my student loans would cover (but didn't). I recently (today) got a letter in the mail with these exact words. Please consult YOUR ATTORNEY regarding our client's potential remedies and YOUR POSSIBLE RESPONSE if the total amount is not paid within FIVE DAYS. SECURITY CREDIT SSYTEMS, INC. Anyway I would really like to know if anyone knows anything about this company and whether or not they do sue? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
