Could someone please point me in the right direction to find a template for a validation letter? The letter that I recieved from them isnt the first, they've sent one or two others before but I simply dismissed them. In fact, I have yet to speak with this company on the phone or by mail yet.

Also, has anyone ever heard of a CA going legal over $450 before? It just seems bogus to me. It does get my attention though, however my only real assets are my car that I own, which I'd like to keep.
