One more thing. Why would I want them to validate it? It is a valid debt and I'm sure they can prove it. I've also read on these forums that asking a CA to validate a debt will only incite them to sue, and its like "shooting yourself" according to Why Chat.

In any case, if they WERE to file suit, how much time would that give me to get the money together. I just want to know if i should really concentrate on getting the $$ together and start selling stuff (or whatever I have to do), becuase I really dont want a judgement against me. I really dont know much about this, so sorry for my ignorance.
