I have been getting phone calls from a company called Arrow Financial.Every time they call they say I have to deal with them not Providian. They seem pretty scummy and tend to yell if you tell them something in which they know you are right about. They dont call for a while and then a ton of calls will come in. can I tell these guys to "bug off". I have already worked out an arraingment with Providian but Arrow says they purchased the account and I have to pay them, not Providian.
