It is pointless to waste your breath and your energy arguing with those morons on the phone. They LIE and fabricate some whopping fairytales about the character of the debt, twist the laws, and .. well.. you get the idea.

A debt past the SOL ONLY requires that you send them a cease and desist letter telling them to get lost in no uncertain terms. Then you file all the needed complaints to the appropriate agencies.
