arbitration award

Wolpoff/Abramson won an arbitration for MBNA totalling $30,000.00. Tried using a debt termination program to avoid this; didn't work. I'm on disability collecting disability income from a private insurance company. I've filed a UCC1 with the state of NJ. If I put my checking account and small stock account in my wife's name, should a judgement be awarded, is there anything they can really get from me? These MBNA accounts were only in my name, not in my wife's.
